Abstract

PURPOSE: In a soft ground improving device, to provide a bedplate, provided with an agitating vane in an ascending and descending manner, relative to the frame supporting the bedplate in an ascending and descending manner, whereby the height of the bedplate accompanied by the large sized device is maintained at a minimum.
