Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the subject device wherein while stirring and hardening industrial wastes by a strirring vane provided with means for supplying a hardening agent, a hardening pile is operated in industrial wastes, thereby to process the industrial wastes without diffusing and causing to flow out the same.
CONSTITUTION: An industrial waste processing device 1 traveling while floating on the surfaces 3 of industrial wastes by means of wheels 4 is provided with a frame 5 guided through rollers relative to a guide column 8, said frame 5 supporting a rotary shaft 7 to which a stirring vane 6 is fitted. The frame 5 is settled at a predetermined position of the guide column 8 or continusly raised or lowered by means of compulsory raising or lowering means 20 thereby to adjust the depth l of the industrial processing while supplying the industiral hardening agent such as an additive or the like such as concrete or the like through the rotary shaft 7 and a through-hole 41, the stirring vane 6 is rotated, whereby it is possible to uniformly harden and solidify the industirial wastes without diffusion and causing to flow out the same.
