Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the even reproduction level between heads by providing the duty correction circuit within the circuit and in correspondence to each head.
CONSTITUTION: In case the faint FM demodulated wave signals reproduced through a number of heads of magnetic disk memory 1, are amplified, signals 7 and 8 reproduced through each head of memory 1 are turned to composite signal 9 via head switch 2 and them amplified through limiter amplifier 3 of limiter circuit 16 to be turned to output waveform 10 and then to be supplied to duty correction ciruits 14 and 15 corresponding to each head. And the output, i.e., duty correction levels 19 and 20 are supplied to limiter amplifier 4 for the second limiter amplification to be turned to limiter output signal 17 with the duty corrected. Signal 17 is demodulated at demodulator 5, and as a result no level difference is caused to demodulation level 18 between heads.
