Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a uniform temperature distribution with an easy regulation to a flow speed distribution of a cooling oil in each flow section by dividing the vertical length of a circular plate winding into a plurality of stages.
CONSTITUTION: A plate-like coil 2 and desirable horizontal flow path 3 are provided in the circumference of a core 1 to be put one after another in a lamination configuration, and form a disk-like winding 4. An oil flow guide plate 11 provided in the inner vertical oil path 5 of an automatic cooling transformer and an oil flow guide 12 provided in the outer vertical oil path 6 are formed so that they cover a part of the upper and lower flow section 13 adjacent to them. The guide plates 11 and 12 have the same length as the horizontal flow path 3 for them to be formed in a cylindrical shape, the bottom end thereof is bent to the inner or the outer side, to close the distance between the disk-like coil 2. The guide plates 11 and 12 formed by such a process are arranged alternately to the vertical direction of the disk winding 4, and thus the flow speed distribution of the cooling oil in the flow section 13 can be regulated easily and the temperature distribution in each portion is made uniform.
