Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a method for production of plastic tank by blow molding the tank and projected tube as a unit in the main mold having a separatable tube forming mold which is set in the main mold with vertical direction against the drawing out port. CONSTITUTION:The part 11a is made in the upper side of blow type mold and the mold 15 for tube forming is fitted with the vertical direction against the fitting face 13. The mold 15 is consisting of two separatable molds which have the contact face 15a positioning at the center line of the tube. At the state of the mold 15 being fitted the part 11a, the tank is formed in the upper and lower molds 11, 12 by blowing, and at the same time, the tube having a projection for preventing the seal breaking on the hose is formed. By vacuumming the inside of mold 15 from the path 16, the material 17 positioning at the mold 15 is brought in compelly, and then, the narrow tube is obtained.
