Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a glass mixt. to be easily coated onto a body by rotatably setting a roller so that the lower part is contacted to the mixt. in a container by dipping, shifting the mixt. on the roller to a transfer device placed near the periphery of the roller; and horizontally moving the body.
