Abstract

The phase detection signal of resolver phase shifting machine 18 becomes a square wave in filter 33 and is selected by multiplexer 34 to become signal M. This signal M and the phase of the exciting signal are compared with each other by phase detector 35, and the difference between them is inputted to computer 10. The processing result of computer 10 is sent to driving output part 22 to drive servo motor 7.
