Abstract
PURPOSE: To omit hardware belonging to each driving axis to make the software processing possible by closing the position loop of a servo system in a computer in the NC unit incorporating the computer.
CONSTITUTION: The interface consisting of position detection part 21 and driving output 22 of a servo system is connected to computer 10 through I/O bus 20. Output E to excite resolver phase shifting machine 18 of each driving axis is outputted from exciting circuit 32 of position detection part 21. The phase detection signal of resolver phase shifting machine 18 becomes a square wave in filter 33 and is selected by multiplexer 34 to become signal M. This signal M and the phase of the exciting signal are compared with each other by phase detector 35, and the difference between them is inputted to computer 10. The processing result of computer 10 is sent to driving output part 22 to drive servo motor 7.
