Abstract

PURPOSE:To compensate the change in the reluctance in fitting holes and prevent the occurrence of static cogging, by providing holes or projections in angular positions corresponding to those of the fitting holes which are opened through the stator yoke of a flat motor or the like to fit stator windings or the like. CONSTITUTION:The flat stator windings 8 are provided on plastic bobbins 9 and secured on the stator yoke 7 by screws 11 inserted into fitting holes 10 of the bobbins 9 and engaged in the fitting holes (tapped holes) 10 of the stator yoke 7. The flat windings 8 face the annular magnet of the flat brushless DC motor or the like through an axial gap. If the screws 11 are nonferrous, projections 13 are provided in the angular positions corresponding to those of the fitting holes 12 of the stator yoke 7. If the screws 11 are ferrous, holes 13 are provided in said angular positions. The change in the reluctance in the fitting holes 12 of the yoke is thus compensated to make the reluctance uniform.
