Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to measure the characteristics of the respective second ary and ternary windings under the condition having a device to be tested, which is connected with a power source, and to efficiently calculate the characteristics of the impedance and load loss between the three windings by using a Y-Δ switching three-phase meter transformer.
CONSTITUTION: A power source G including a testing transformer is connected with the primary winding of a device to be tested. And, the secondary winging is short- circuited to constitute at the primary winding a measuring circuit which is composed of a voltmeter V12, ammeters A1 to A3 and wattmeters W121 to W123 resorting to the three-watt method. With the ternary winding, moreover, there is connected the primary side of a Y-Δ switching three-phase meter transformer SPT which has its primary and secondary connected with Δ and Y. As a result, the voltage of the equivalent secondary winding having its phase coincident with the secondary winding of that device so that a measuring circuit is produced of the voltage V2 and the primary currents A1 to A3 while using the three-watt method using W21 to W23. From the ternary Δ winging of the device, there is taken out a voltage which is in phase with the secondary Y winding.
