Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet head for connecting together an inner chamber and an outer chamber by locating an ink passage in an ink jet head, and for being capable of filling ink without remaining air foams. CONSTITUTION:When ink 4 is filled into an ink jet head 1 from an ink tank through a conduit 3, a voltage is applied between a diaphragm 5 and a piezo element 6, and simultaneously the ink 4 is fed into an inner chamber 7 through the conduit 3 and an ink passage 11 by lifting the ink tank up to a higher position than that of the head 1. Simultaneously the ink is introduced into the inner chamber 7 through an outer chamber 8 and a passage 10.
