A cutting cum feed claw 20 being positioned on a feed claw fixing stand 21 is located at a upmost end of the shaft 2. A claw wheel 24, a cutting cum 26 and a cutting times set plate 27 are secured on a center shaft 23, and the cutting cum 26 and the set plate 27 are rotated by an angle being equivalent to a tooth of a claw wheel 24 through the action of the claw 20 and claw wheel 24. And thus, the feed movement of the table 19 can be easily controlled by means of a lever 16, an automatic screw mechanism can be simplified, and the device can be minimized.
