Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a control system, capable of correctly pursuing the position of materials to be processed, by detecting and memorizing instantaneous change of position of each material, dividing the transport line into several blocks, and providing a pulse oscillator on a representative roller table of each block.
CONSTITUTION: Material treating process is divided into several blocks, and output of oscillators 1 provided independently for each block is given to circuit 2, in which quantity of deviation of respective output pulses in a certain period is put into memory. This quantity of deviation is multiplied by pulse increment afforded from pulse increment memory circuit 5, and the result is calculated in counter 8 as distance through which material to be processed has been conveyed. Further, counter 9 is provided for holding digits of counter 8, and counter 10 is for detecting the end of material to be processed.
