Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a three-dimensinal sheet with reinforced fibers prominent in anti-wearing and anti-scratching strength by coating vinyl chloride paste sol on a surface of a separable molding paper and laminating sheets of paper and cloth thereon, thereafter, heating to gel it and separating the separable molding paper from the printed sheet, subsequently, effecting thick three-dimensional printing.
CONSTITUTION: Vinyl chloride paste sol 4 supplied from a tank 3 is coated on a separable molding paper 1 by a coater 2 so as to have a thickness of 0.05W0.5mm and is gelled by heat received during being passed through a heating furnace 5. Thereon again, vinyl chloride paste sol 7 supplied from a tank 6 is coated by a coater 8 so as to have thickness of 0.05W0.5mm. Immediate after the coating, a fiber cloth 9 is laminated and pressed by a laminating roll 10, then the paper 1 is immersed into a sol and gelled by heat during being passed through a heating furance 11, and there-after, the paper 1 is rolled under cooling. On a smooth surface of a sheet 13 thus obtained, a three-dimensional printing with plastic thick ink 17 utilizing a screen with up to 40 meshes is effected by a flat plate silk screen system 14.
