Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for transferring molded materials of roofing tile, in which molded materials of roofing tile are successively received on pallets while keeping their horizontal posistion and can be transferred automatically and continuously onto a transport conveyor, whereby it is enabled to improve efficiency of tile transporting operation.
CONSTITUTION: Along with rotation of turning shaft 18, which is caused in association with motion of automatic tile take-out means T of automatic shaping machine F, arm 21 is turned and at the same time slide shafts 24, 24 are moved from the outside of roller bed 10 to the inside thereof. Resultantly, tile receiving means 25, 25 are turned while sustaining pallets P and its rotation is stopped at tile take-out position T'. When the molded material M of roofing tile is placed on an empty pallet, suction of sucking disks S, S is removed and take-out means T is set into next motion. Simultaneously, rotor 19 recommences its rotation and is turned downward while leaving pallet P carrying thereon a molded tile material M on the upper surfaces of transport conveyor C which is stopped intermittently. Then, pallet P is carried on conveyor C to next processing station.
