Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the captioned laminated sheet whose rough pattern has an improved solid feeling, by printing in a trough-dyeing a foaming thermoplastic resin laminated on a base material and also by foaming the resin layer surface.
CONSTITUTION: Gelled foaming thermoplastic resins are laminated on a bese material, such as texture cloth, non-texture cloth etc., and the thermoplastic resin layer is printed in a trough-dyeing while it is being softened by heating to such an extent that the resin layer will not foam. Simultaneously the resin layer is patterned in a rough surface by means of a graining device so that the variation of the thickness is provided on the resin layer. Afterward the resin layer is foamed as a result of heating.
