Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the wearing of the impeller of air exhauster as well as enhance the recovery rate of heat and exhausted raw material by providing an elctric dust collector between the first heat exhange stahe consisting conduits and the maine air exhauster and by supplying pneumatically collected raw material to the second heat exchange stage. CONSTITUTION:The electric dust collector 5 is provided between the first heat exchange stage 1 consisting of the conduit D and the main air exhauster f, from which collected raw material is introduced pneumatically into the second heat exchange stage 2. For example, dust discharged from the onduit d1 of the first heat exchange stage 1 is collected with waste gas by the electric dust collector 5 through the gas conduit D, and the collected dust is all returned through the feed pipe 11 to the conduit d2 of the second heat exchange stage 2. And, the waste gas is discharged by the main air exhauster f in the form of purified gas. Thus, it is possible to eliminate powder raw material discharged with gas without being collected by the cyclones C4 to C2, enhance the recovery rate of heat and raw material, and prevent troubles such as the wearing and vibration of the impeller of the air exhauster f, etc.
