Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily manufacture perfect one side molten metal plated steel plate, by forming molybdenum disulfide layer on nonplating face and passing through the molten metal plating bath, at the time of plating the molten metal on one side of steel plate. CONSTITUTION:Fat of the cold rolling steel band 1 is removed at the electrolysis fat removing room 2 and next, the band 1 is washed with water at the water washing vessel 3. Then, the above band is dried by hot air at the drying room 4 and nonplating agent is applied on nonplating face of the band 1 by the roll coater 5. Solution dispersed MoS2 in the solution of organic solvent, such as xylene etc., dissolved styrene or drying oil, such as linseed oil, cotton seed oil, soybean oil etc., or water solution of carbohydrate, such as starch, gelatine etc., is used as nonplating agent. MoS2 is burnt together applying the above agent at 20-25mu thickness and heating at 600 deg.C in the heating furnace 6 in nonoxidative atmosphere composed of H2;2%, N2;98%. Next, only one side is galvanized passing through the molten metal bath 7, such as molten zinc etc., MoS2 is able to easily remove by the brushing roll 9.
