Abstract

PURPOSE: A mold type solenoid valve devised to disuse spring spacers for reducing the number of parts by covering a bobbin and a body with a casing in one body and forming a stepped part extended to the outside on this casing.
CONSTITUTION: This solenoid valve is composed of a body provided with fluid passages 19 and 20 inside, a bobbin with a coil 10 wound around, and a yoke 1 to wrap up these body and bobbin. Here, the body and the bobbin are shaped in one body with resin for forming a bobbin-combined body 24, which is molded in one body by a casing 25. As this state, a stepped part 26 with a larger diameter D than a diameter d of the casing part of the coil 10 is provided on the casing 25 to be fitted with a stepped part 22 of the yoke 1 so that the caulking part 23 of the yoke 1 may be caulked to the caulking length part 27 of the casing 25.
