Abstract
PURPOSE: To bring urban dust, which composition differs, and industrial waste to non-environmental pollution conditions by not only individully treating these dust and waste but also collectively melting treating them in non-selective shapes and simultaneously while easily treating residue by maintaining fixed drying conditions.
CONSTITUTION: Urban dust A containing combustibles and incombustibles is changed into dried dust A' by means of a dryer 2 and incineration melting treated in a high temperature molten furnace 1, and one portion of exhaust gas B discharged from an after-combustion chamber 1' of the high temperature molten furnace 1 is branched from a flue and introduced to the dryer 2 through an air heating furnace 3. Dried gas B' discharged from the dryer 2 is pressure sent to a dehumidification tower 6 by means of a suction fan 5 through a dust collector 4, turned into dehumidified gas B" and guided to said after-combustion chamber 1'. Preheated air D from an air preheater 10 heat exchanged with the exhaust gas B is introduced to said high temperature molten furnace 1, and the exhaust gas B is discharged from a chimney 15 through a gas cooling tower 12, an electric precipitator 13 and a wind exhaust fan 14.
