Abstract

PURPOSE: Title composition that is composed of a vinyl cyloride resin and a lower molecular weight copolymer consisting of aromatic vinyl, alkyl acrylate, a chain transfer, and a diperoxide, thus showing good releasing property from metal surfaces of high temperatures.
CONSTITUTION: (A) 99.9W90 parts by wt of a vinyl chloride resin of over 80 wt% vinyl chloride content are mixed with (B) 0.1W10 parts of a copolymer of 10,000W 300,000 viscosity average molecular weight consisting of (a) 99.7W20 wt% of an alkyl acrylate as methyl acrylate and n-eutye acrylate, (b) 0W80wt% of an aromatic vinyl as styrene or α-methylstyrene, (c) 0W20 wt % of a copolymerizable vinyl monomer as acrylonitrile or methyl methacrylate, (d) 0.2W5 wt% of a compound bearing two peroxide groups in the molecule and (e) over 0.1 wt% of a chain transfer.
