CONSTITUTION:A main arm 7 is erection supported on a self-propelled truck 1, which is interlocked with a travelling motor 2 while being steered by means of a steering wheel 6 and is provided with one driving wheel 3, in an oscillation-possible shape and in the direction that approximately crosses at right angles in the travelling direction, and oscillated by the functioning of a cylinder 9. The base ends of a pair of brush support arms 10, 10, which are curved in gooseneck shapes, are pivotally supported to a nose of the main arm 7 by means of a shaft 11, and formed in shapes that can look up and down by the working of a cylinder 13, a frame supporting a brush shaft 17 supported to the noses of the arms 10 and a brush 19 rotated by means of a motor 21 mounted to lower end of the brush shaft 17. Water can be supplied to the brush 19 through a hose 36 from a water tank 34.
