Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A pin 16 is normally disposed at the upper end of a vertical ellipse hole 14 in a blacket 11 by a lock spring 17, and also disposed at the rear end of a holizontal ellipse hole 15 in a lock hook 12 by a hook spring 19 and holds the lock hook 12 in clockwise. During which, a joint 21 on the lock hook 12 fits into a tilting lever 22, and prevents a swivel blacket 1 to rotate backward when a ship runs backward. When a reverse lock lever 26 is pulled, a ring plate 24 rotates about a pin 25, and actuates a link 27 to pull up a connection pin 13, and to rotate a lock hook 12 and an arm 10.
