Abstract

PURPOSE:To set a resonance circuit without losing directivity between injecting and outputting ports by applying a synchronizing signal equal to an oscillation frequency to one gate port of a dual gate FET element with the other port grounded. CONSTITUTION:Of dual gate type microwave FET10, 1st gate port 10a is connected to synchronizing-signal input terminal 12 via matching circuit 11, and 2nd gate port 10b is to 1/4-wavelength full resonator 13. In addition, drain-side port 10c of FET10 is grounded and source-side port 10d is connected to output terminal 15 via direct- current stopping capacitor 14. To sourceside port 10d, stub 16 for an oscillation condition adjustment is connected at a position about 1/4-wavelength away from port 10d.
