Abstract

In such constitution, the ropes inserted into the space 1 are able to be in a holding state not to come out by an elasticity of the head part 5 even in a condition of slight vibration, and only a pulling of one end of the rope becomes capable of distorting the head part 5 to take out the rope one after another.
