Thus, when tensile strength is exerted to the creep test piece 1, with the contact between the convex spherical surface B and the concave spherical surface B1 of the inner collar 9, the alignment operation is automatically operated, and the alignment between the core shaft 10 and the creep test piece 1 are perfectly in agreement, and when the compressed weight is exerted, the convex spherical surface A and the concave spherical surface A1 are contacted to receive the weight. Accordingly, the reliability in the creep test can be increased.
