Abstract
PURPOSE: To realize a miniature size for the power source part by supplying the pulse signals generated in response to the channel selection operation into the saturation into the saturation amplifier and then applying the DC voltage generated in accordance with the output of the amplifier to the variable capacity element.
CONSTITUTION: The tuning pulse row signals are generated from pulse generation circuit 5 in coupling to the tuning dial operation and then supplied to controller 6. The pulse row signals sent from controller 6 are amplified by saturation amplifier 13, whose amplification factor is saturated in response to the pulse row signals, and then suplied to integrating circuit 7 to generated DC voltage Vf according to the input pulse number. For circuit 13, C-MOSFETQP and QN are constituted, and DC voltage VD applied to the source of FETQP is supplied via stabilizing power source 15 stabilizing the voltage boosted by DC-DC converter 14. Circuit 7 consists of resistance R and capacitor C generates voltage Vf according to the pulse number, and voltage Vf is applied to variable capacity diode 10 to select the desired channel. Circuit 13 consists of C-MOSFET, and as a result the capacity can be reduced to minimize the size of the power source part.
