Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a comparating tester, which can accomplish the comparing tests between the summed power source terminal current during any time period and the summed expected current and accordingly can accomplish the comparating tests of a mean current value, by providing an analog switch for controlling the charge and discharge of an integrating capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: A DC operational amplifier 5 starts the addition and integration of both the terminal voltages of a current detector 5, which are to be applied to the input resistors 10-1 and 10-2 of the operational amplifier, and the output values of a limit voltage circuit 2 of the opposite polarity to that of the voltage values and to be applied to another input resistor 10-3 by setting an FF circuit in response to an integration command signal 17 and by turning off an analog switch 13. An FF circuit 8 is reset in response to an integration terminating signal 18 so that the integration is ended by turning on the analog switch 13. The output value of the amplifier 5 means the difference between the integrated power source terminal current in the integrated time and the integrated expected current and is compared by a comparator 6 with a standard potential so that the resultant output is judged with the strobe signal 19 which is generated at the timing preset within the integrating time. Thus, itis possible to generate a judging circuit output signal 20.
