Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the working time and to improve the working efficiency of a motorbike by assembling a meter in a work assembling device. CONSTITUTION:There is assembled in an assembling device, by which a plurality of crankshafts W are forced to integrate so that works may be assembled, a device 16 for metering the assembling accuracy of those works. The members of the shafts W are set in movable and fixed tables 3 and 2, which constitute the assembling device, so that the movable table 3 is moved. After the respective members W are forced to integrate thereby to assemble the works, these works are set free, which having no residual stress, by releasing clamp means 15 and by the separation of the movavle table 3 from the fixed table 2. Under this free condition, the work assembling accuracy is measured by the device 16.
