Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a highly accurate reference pressure ganerator by providing an adjustable voltage setting device for generating a set voltage corresponding to a desired standard voltage, an operational amplifier with an integrator, and electropneumatic converter and a pneumatic-electric converter.
CONSTITUTION: The voltage Ei, which is generated by adjusting a constant DC voltage Es fed from a DC constant voltage power source 1 by means of a variable resistance sensitivity adjustor 2 and by dividing the adjusted voltage by means of an equal space voltage divider 3, is fed to an arithmetic device 7 with an integrator and is converted into a current output 9, which is then fed to an electropneumatic converter 10. The output of this converter 10 becomes the output pneumatic pressure 12 of a standard pressure generator and the input of a pneumatic-electric converter 13. The output voltage Ef of the converter 13 acts as a negative feedback voltage against the input of the amplifier 7 and becomes equal to the voltage Ei under a stable condition. If the electricity within a preset range is set in that way, the pneumatic pressure having a value corresponding thereto is obtained. And, it is possible to generate a standard voltage which is excellent in reproducibility and stability by the action of the pneumatic-electric converter 13 of the negative feedback circuit and the high gain of the amplifier 7.
