Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide the coating which permits efficient coating and has high degrees of insulation performance by providing electrode parts at both end parts of the facial heating element having conductivity, grounding the electrode parts and performing electrostatic coating.
CONSTITUTION: Electrode parts such as of copper, carbonaceous material, etc. are buried at both end parts of the facial heating element comprising mixing and dispersing conductive particles or conductive fibers into organic material such as plastics, rubber, etc., or inorganic material such as cement mortar, water glass, etc. Next, these electrode parts are grounded by such a method as suspending them by means of metal wires and the element is subjected to electrostatic coating by using coatings such as vinyl chloride resins, epoxy resins, etc. having insulation characteristic. Then, it may be efficiently coated on the surface of the heating element and good coating film may be formed on the protruding parts, edges, etc. as well, thus the coating film of superior insulation performance is provided.
