Abstract

PURPOSE: A calcining ink composition useful for thick film pattern formation, which requires the calcining step of conductors, resistors, and magnetic materials, and the fine reproduction, comprising a solid remaining after calcination and an ultraviolet-curing resin varnish.
CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) 60W95wt% of a solid remaining after calcination and (B) 5W40wt% of an ultraviolet-curing resin varnish. A glass frit having a particle size of 300 mesh and a melting point of 400W700°C to sinter conductive, resistance, magnetic, dielectric and fluorescent materials is used as (A), and the amount is preferably 3W15wt% based on (A). A varnish having 0.04W 1.50 moles per 100 gram of the varnish of (meth)acryloyl groups as ethylenically nusaturated groups may be cited as (B).
