Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the adjustment operation easy and the product quality stable by enabling the height position of the tape guide member with the magnetic tape fitted into the rotating head cylinder, and the position of the guide member to be controlled at an optimun position.
CONSTITUTION: Since the cylindrical guide member 27 is formed integrally with the upper flange 27a, the shaft 27b, guide member 27c, the lower member 27d, when the upper flange 27a is rotated in the right direction or in the left direction, the lower flange 27d spirally engaged with the cylindrical shaft 82 is moved upward or downward. Accordingly, due to the movement of the upper flange 27a and the lower flange 27d, the magnetic tape 42 is guided by the flanged portion of the flange to move upward or downward. By fastening the fixing screw 28 at an optimum position, the end portion 55b of the lock pin 55 presses the shaft 27b strongly, controls the position of the cylindrical guide member 27. In this manner, the stable travelling passage of the magnetic tape is maintained by the easy adjustment operation and the quality of the system can be stabilized.
