Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably manufacture an oriented electrical steel sheet with high magnetic flux density by adding a specified amt. of Mo and Se and/or S to silicon steel contg. a predetermined amt. of C and Si. CONSTITUTION:To silicon steel contg. C <=0.06% and Si 2.0-4.0% are added Mo 0.003-0.1% and Se 0.003-0.1% and/or S 0.008-0.1%. This steel is hot rolled and cold rolled once or more to the final thickness while carrying out process annealing. The resulting sheet is then subjected to primary recrystallization annealing combined with decarburization and final finish annealing, thereby advancing secondary recrystallization of (110) [001] orientation. By regulating the reduction ratio of the final cold rolling to 40-80%, high B10 value is obtd. and an oriented electrical steel sheet is manufactured having very high magnetic flux density.
