Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an oriented polypropylene film having extremely excellent transparency and high blocking resistance and slippery.
CONSTITUTION: The objective oriented polypropylene film is prepared by (1) mixing 100 parts by weight of a polypropylene resin with 0.2W5 parts of an inorgarnic filler such as silica gel, and 0.5W0 parts of polyethylene or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (vinyl acetate content of ≤40 wt%) to afford a mixture A, (2) melting and extruding the mixture A at 150W320°C to obtain a composition B, (3) compounding the composition B with a poypropylene resin (0.05W50:50W 99.95) to afford a compound C, (4) forming the compound C to a film by melting and extruding at 150W320°C, and (5) drawing the film.
