Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform an efficient control at low cost by changing several flexible disk driving devices with the changeover signal which is given to the input/output control part from the calculation basic part.
CONSTITUTION: The flexible disk driving devices are regarded as one set by the basic part 4 of the computer, and the operater selects one of the flexible disk driving devices in accordance with the mounting order of the flexible disk sheet (volume). The mounting order is stored in the input/output control part 1, and as far as its changeover operation is concerned, the terminals b and c are changed by the changeover command which is provided from the basic part 4 to the input/output control part 1. In case of this device, the time required for mounting the flexible disk sheet is unnecessary, and processing of several sheets can be carried out continuously.
