Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance productivity by constituting a rotor winding by spirally winding a thin plate wherein an end-ring portion and a bar portion are punched out simultaneously.
CONSTITUTION: An end-ring portion 1a on one side and a bar portion 1b are formed by a thin conductive plate 2, and a second conductor 1 is formed by spiral lamination therof. The end-ring portion and bar portion are formed with a punching die 3. The conductor is installed to a core 4 comprising slots 4a, teeth, and a back portion, and the other end-ring 5 is fixed and welded to the bar portion 1b, thereby electrical connection is completed.
