Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the adverse effects of frequency variations to the servo circuit of a DC motor by the irregular magnetization of the rotor of the motor and irregular pitch of the commutator of the motor by obtaining one comparison pulse upon one revolution of the motor by a frequency divider.
CONSTITUTION: The output voltage e' of an amplifier 2 contains changeover noise between the brush of the motor coresponding to the number of its segments upon one revolution and the commutator of the motor to allow a waveform shaper circuit 4 to generate a pulse P1. A frequency divider 5 receives the pulse P1 and generates a comparison pulse P2 that one revolution corresponds to one period. A phase comparator 7 compares the pulse P2 with a standard pulse P3 to produce its output, which is superimposed with the output voltage e' of the amplifier 2. The superimposed output is supplied to an amplifier 1 to thereby control the DC motor M at constant speed.
