Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatize coating of SR grease and SR insertion in such a way that a take-out device of a seal ring (SR) and a grease outlet port are provided togeher with a supplying device which receives SR from said take-out device and inserts it into a cruciform axle.
CONSTITUTION: After SR5 has been taken out by reciprocation of a first rod 23, during progress of a third rod 13, grease is thrusted out through an outlet port 132 and adhered on the third rod 13. Next to it, a second rod 24 goes ahead, SR5 goes down and gets inserted into the third rod 13, and grease adhered on the third rod 13 is coated on the lower surface of SR5. Then, the second rod 24 goes back, though grease is thrusted out through the outlet port 132, it is adhered to the third rod 13, the grease is coated on the upper surface of SR5 during the retraction of the third rod 13. Subsequently, the supplying device makes a turn by 90°, the third rod 13 and a fourth rod 14 march ahead, SR5 on the third rod 13 is inserted into a cruciform axle 6.
