Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate plastic deformation of a pressure receiving diaphragm of a transducer for a pressure gauge when transducing liquid is filling or a pressure receiving unit is evacuating in vacuum by providing a planar member having a plurality of pores at the diaphragm.
CONSTITUTION: A planar member 30 formed substantially the same in shape as a pressure receiving diaphragm 23 is provided at the outside of the diaphragm 23. A plurality of pores 31 are perforated at the member 30 to transmit the pressure introduced from a pressure receiving port 22 to the diaphragm 23. The interval between the member 30 and the diaphragm 23 is so selected that the diaphragm 23 is spaced therefrom as to make contact with the member 30 prior to the occurrence of plastic deformation.
