Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A stripe area S3 is formed in loop, and an output end is limited to only one spot t provided on a face m1. A laser oscillation is thus effective at the stripe area S3, and the output laser beam is emitted only through the output end t to effective utilization. An availability of the laser beam is hence extensive and a threshold of current can be minimized consequently.
