Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce magnetic flux leakage and omit tank shield, by changing the taps of two-phase high-tension tap widings arranged at the terminals of the same line by means of a common on-load tap-changing device and placing other one-phase high-tension tap windings at the central part of high-tension windings.
CONSTITUTION: High-tension primary winding 1 and high-tension tap winding 2 of the high-tension winding of each phase are placed coaxially. The windings are divided into upper winding section 4A and lower winding section 4B and they are connected in parallel, forming an upper-lower parallel structure. That is, in the high-tension windings of V-phase and W-phase, high-tension tap winding 2 is divided into an upper terminal part and a lower terminal part; and in the high-tension winding of U-phase, high-tension tap winding 2 is placed in the central part of each winding section 4A, 4B. Censequently, in the high-tension winding of U-phase, the magnetic flux leakage in the radial direction is reduced, so that shield plate 7 to be previded on the inner surface of the tank side plate can be omitted with respect to U-phase unit 6U.
