Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable incinerator to regenerate and supply fluidic medium and to continuously operate without its shut-off. CONSTITUTION:Fluidic medium with adhesive deposit which is overflown or drawn out of fluidic layer incinerator 1 for EP ash and which is to be regenerated is fed to crusher 2 via line 11. Unsaturated liquid of adhesive deposit is also fed via line 21 by the help of service water or water used for regenerating treatment into crusher 2 where all feeds therein are agitated under mechanical percussive force applied thereto to act as deposit separating power. Medium stayed in crusher 2 for a predetermined period is transfered to separator 3 via line 22. In the separator 3, fluidic medium such as sand or the like is separated from slurry which is a mixture of a solution of water soluble material and inslouble pariculate material. Treated fluidic medium is then returned via line 31 to the fluidic layer incinerator 1 for putting in reuse, and slurry is discharged through line 32 to be condensed or slurry is discharged through line 32 to be condensed or dried by exhaust gas of the incinerator 1 so that V2O2 and the like may be effectively made use of.
