Next, the material is heated to a softening temperature in a heating device 7 consisting of a heating cylinder 5 and a heater 6, thereafter, is cooled a little bit by a cooling device 10 consisting of a cooling cylinder 8 and a blower 9, then, is bound into a stranded string-shaped material through revolving nip-rolls 11a, 11b for a twisting device 19. The string-shaped material is fed through a feeding nip-rolls 20a, 20b into a cutting device 27 consisting of an intermittent feeding gear 22 for a cutting edge and the cutting edge 21, thereby, desired pellet may be obtained.
