CONSTITUTION:A) when ligand components (eg.; dibenzyl, diphenylacetylene, etc.) which form react with metallic sulfides (e.g.; nickel sulfide, copper sulfate, etc.) to form their metallic dithiolato complexes (e.g.; bis-dithiobenzyl-nickel, etc.) are used or B) when metallic dithiolato complexes and radical generating agents (e.g.; benzoyl peroxide, etc.) are used, these are dispersed or dissolved in solutions of resins (e.g.; polymethyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride, etc.) in solvents (e.g.; acetone, MEK, toluene, etc.), and heat-sensitive coating liquids are produced. The heat-sensitive recording paper can be obtained by coating these liquids on base paper.
