Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a color film capable of displaying or eliminating figures or patterns reversibly by coating on a transparent plastic film the ink dissolved in special discoloration compound, pH modifier and sticking agent. CONSTITUTION:The water soluble dyestuff which changes reversibly from colored state to colorless state or faint fluorescent color according to pH change, the coloring agent composed of pH indicators, the pH modifier which keeps the coloring agent in colored state, the hydrophilic sticking agent such as the PVA, etc. which has formation of films to coat and stick these components on and to a base easily and nonionic activiator, as occasion demands, are mixed and dissolved in acqueous solvent. If this ink obtained is coated on the base composed of colorless or faint fluorescent color transparent plastic film and a pen is let to run on this base applying the acqueous solution of the pH area in apposition to that shown by the pH modifier, colored state will disappear and fiqures and patterns appear.
