Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the safety, sureness and workability of the connector for gas supply by interposing an elastic means to either one or both of a bracket and cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A vertically sliding cylinder 7 is inserted into a casing 11 and a spring 12 is loaded into this cylinder 7 to give upward forcing pressure to the cylinder 7. The bracket 6 mounted to the gas supply pipe 4 fixed to a ladle 2 is placed on the cylinder 7 by way of a packing 16. Even if the level thereof slightly varies, the upward elastic pressure by the spring of th cylinder 7 is being applied and therefore the airtightness of both is perfectly secured simply by pushing the cylinder 7 against the forcing pressure of the spring 12 by the weight of the bracket 6 and eventually by the weight of the entire part of the ladle.
