Abstract

PURPOSE: To make exchanging of jaw parts for rivetters easy by removably mounting the jaw case pin engaged with a spring in a recess and constituting the pin and spring removable and disengageable through turning of said pin.
CONSTITUTION: Jaw case pin holes 9 are opened in the crossing direction of the jaw case 6 of the rivetter and a jaw case pin 13 which detains the pushing spring 12 of a pusher 11 in a recess 14 is fitted therein. Both end parts thereof are held in the jaw case pin holding holes 15 opened to a lever. A cut groove 18 is provided on one side of the pin 13. When a driver is inserted into the groove 18 through the oblong hole 17 or 17' on the frame side and the pin 13 is turned, the engagement of the spring 12 is released. The jaw case pin 13 is pulled out. In this way, the spring 12, pusher 11, jaw 10, etc. are drawn out from the inside of the case 6 and their exchanging may be readily accomplished with the inexpensive device without disassembling the rivetter.
