Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce distortation of acceleration wave-form by compensating non- linearity in a servo valve with such a construction as providing a linearizer between servo valve and servo amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: Between a servo valve 3 and a servo amplifier 2 is provided a linearizer, in which the characteristics of a servo valve 4 are measured previously by a subtractor 18, a generator for constant 19, a potentiometer 20, adder 21, multiplier 22, and a square root extractor 16 on the basis of the pressure at oil pressure source, the differential pressure at actuator, and the input amperage to servo valve and the servo valve flow-in factor, which is a function of input signal to servo valve, shall be calculated with a non-linear floded-line function generator 14, which is adjusted in such a way that it can reproduce those characteristics mentional above, and further the flow rate presumed through the above procedure is emitted from a multiplier 15, and finally the output from the servo amplifier 2 is subtrated by this presumed flow rate at an adder and subtractor 11 to be amplified by an amplifier 12,. Thus non-linearity in a servo valve can be compensated and distortion of acceleration wave-form can be reduced.
