Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the reduction in offset variation even to the variation in various parameters, by providing a pair of signal transmission circuits in which the sum of the output having opposite polarity of the differential amplifying circuit having symmetrical load of positive feedback is constant. CONSTITUTION:Positive feedback is made to each collector of the input transistors 11 and 12, which is constituted with the transistors 14-17 and the elements 18 and 19, and the symmetrical load is connected. Further, the output circuit in which the polarity is opposite and the sum of the output is constant, is connected to the collector of the input transistors 11 and 12. This output circuit consists of transistors 20-22 for the transistor 11 and of transistors 23-25 for the transistor 23. The signal from the transistor 21 is inverted at the transistors 26-28 and the difference from the transistor 24 is taken. This difference signal drives the transistor 29 to obtain the output in matching with the state of the input terminals T11 and T12 at the output terminal T13.
