Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the steps of method of manufacturing a coreless armature by disposing a temporarily securing winding and winding friction buffer in a mold, molding the winding in predetermined shape while heating and melting the buffer, and then hardening the buffer.
CONSTITUTION: There are arranged temporarily secured windings 1 wound with self-molten wires and a winding friction buffer being solid at room temperature and containing, for example, bis-phenol epoxy resin and poly-P-vinylphenol amine salt and aggregate. The buffer is then molten and liquefied, and filled to the winding terminal portion to form the windings 1 in predetermined shape. Then the buffer in the mold is hardened to integrate the winding with a commutator and a shaft. Thus, it can eliminate the step of forming the winding with forming material and damages of insulating coating and breakage of windings when shapping the windings 1.
